You can connect HyperTerminal to a core switch using a serial console cable, configuring the COM port and terminal settings to access the switch for management and configuration.Hardware SetupConsole Cable Connection: Connect the RJ45 end of the console cable to the console port on the core switch and the other end to the serial port (COM1 or COM2) on your computer .
